Basics | How to set up House Accounts in the POS

Floranext's Florist POS makes it easy for you to add house accounts. With the Floranext system customers/senders can be House Accounts or not. However, a customer House Account (e.g. Walmart) can also pay by other methods (CC, check, cash).

There are two ways to add house accounts:

1. Add on POS Take Order page - on the customer/sender section of the POS, just check the box that reads House Account and choose House Account as your payment method to complete the order and create the account.

2. Add a House Account - On Admin > Reports > House Accounts > Click the green "Add a House Account" button

Payments are managed on the page Admin > Reports > House Accounts - accounts with outstanding charges are shown on this page. To see all the House Accounts, click the green button See List of House Accounts
