What if my customer removes their credit card before the transaction is completed or device says "aborted?"

Note that Floranext now only supports Stripe BBPOS Credit Card Reader. The Miura is no longer supported for new customers. 


If your customer removes their credit card before the transaction is completed, a message will appear on the Miura reader and the Floranext app saying 'payment aborted.'

This indicates the sale was not completed and you should try again. The app should go back to the checkout screen and you can select the appropriate payment method to try again.


If you are unsure if the transaction completed or not, log into your Stripe Dashboard by going to https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments to check the payment is shown with successful status.
