How To Print a Worksheet
Every advanced proposal can generate and print a comprehensive Worksheet of your components across the entire proposal that includes each flower or supply component you've added to an item, and its cost, markup, and quantity.
Similar to the Shopping List, the Worksheet can be seen as another way to print and present the information from the Estimate feature. Worksheets, however, organize the same information into each item you have created on the proposal you're working on.
This can be helpful when you're in the construction phase before a wedding or event. Designers can use the worksheet as a reference tool.
You can access it by clicking Print at the top of the proposal and selecting Print Worksheet.
Where To See and Print an Estimate
On every Advanced Proposal, you can locate an Estimate of your Component Costs across the entire Proposal. So this will include each Flower or Supply component you've added to an Item, and it's Cost, Markup, and Quantity.
While on a Proposal, simply locate and click the Settings button at the top of the page, then select Estimate.
You can print this information by going to Print > Worksheet or Print> Shopping List.
How to generate a Shopping List?
Every Advanced Proposal can generate and print a comprehensive Shopping List of your Components across the entire Proposal. So this will include each Flower or Supply component you've added to an Item, and it's Cost, Markup, and Quantity.
Think of it is as a printable version of the Estimate feature, but one you could take to your wholesaler, local market or distributor.
You can access it by locating and clicking the Print button at the top of the Proposal you are working on and selecting Shopping List.
How to customize a proposal email
In Advanced Proposals, there is now a general email template that can be edited. This template is located in Settings > Proposal Settings - Email Message.
This will serve as the default template for all emails you send from the proposal manager. Keep in mind that while this is the general template, this can be adjusted on each individual proposal.
Once you have your general template set, open a proposal and click Email. This will open up the email composer, which will show the text you set for your general template.
You will now see that you have the option to change, remove, or add text to this template as necessary.
