Am I Eligible for a Stripe Upgraded Account?
To make sure you're eligible for a Stripe Upgraded Account you must make sure you are not connected to any other apps that Stripe may offer in their Marketplace.
How can I start the process?
- First, navigate to your Stripe Dashboard to see if you have any installed apps. If you're logged in you can simply follow this link: dashboard.stripe.com/settings/apps.
Apps may also be visible in the menu under More Apps. See below for an example without any apps installed. - Next, review any installed apps and review them with Floranext's Merchant Services team. Note: A screenshot would be a great way to start the conversation!
You can contact the Merchant Services team at: merchantservices@floranext.com - Lastly, uninstall any unneeded apps. For the easiest upgrade uninstalling any apps would be required. Please coordinate with your Merchant Services rep for guidance through this process.
